Mental Health. Mental Performance.
Support for living and performing at your best.
Therapy for life’s challenges and mental performance coaching for athletes, performers, and high achievers.
About Me
Hi, I'm Bridget.
I'm a Licensed Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My background spans specialized training in sport psychology and mental performance coaching, life coaching, substance abuse counseling, and marriage and family therapy. Drawing from these perspectives allows me to offer care that is both individualized and holistic — because no two people, and no two situations, are exactly alike.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also work with athletes, performers, and high achievers who want to build confidence, sharpen focus, manage pressure, and perform at their best.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if previous experiences haven't been helpful, but you don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. My hope is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want to build.

Mental Health
Therapy for where you are and where you want to go.
Life does not always come with a clear explanation for why you are struggling. Sometimes you know exactly what is wrong. Other times, you simply know that you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unlike yourself. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and begin moving forward.
I work with adults (18+) navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, emotional regulation, and substance use and recovery. I also work with clients who may not have a specific diagnosis or crisis but recognize that something in their life is not working and want support creating change.
What we may work on:
Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
Learn to better understand anxious thoughts, manage physical and emotional stress responses, reduce rumination and develop healthier ways to cope with the demands of everyday life.
Trauma & Healing
Explore how past experiences may continue to affect your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety. Therapy can provide space to process difficult experiences, understand patterns that developed as a result, and develop healthier ways of responding and coping in the present.
Depression & Feeling Stuck
Explore the thoughts, experiences, and patterns contributing to low mood, disconnection, lack of motivation, or feeling stuck. Together, we can work toward rebuilding momentum, connection, and a sense of purpose.
Relationships & Communication
Gain insight into relationship patterns, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, navigate conflict, and develop a clearer understanding of your own needs and expectations within relationships.
Life Transitions & Major Changes
Transitions can bring uncertainty even when they are positive or intentional. Therapy can help you navigate changes in career, relationships, family, identity, or other circumstances while creating clarity around what comes next.
Self Esteem, Identity & Personal Growth
Explore the beliefs and experiences that shape how you see yourself. Develop greater self awareness, confidence, and a stronger sense of who you are and what you want.
Substance Use & Recovery
Work toward understanding the role substances may play in your life, identifying triggers and patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and building a sustainable foundation for recovery.
Our work will be shaped around your goals, your experiences, and what meaningful progress looks like for you.

Performance Coaching
Train your mind like you train your body.
The mental side of performance isn't just something you're born with—it's something you can train. Confidence, focus, emotional regulation, motivation, resilience, and the ability to respond when things don't go as planned can all be developed and strengthened..
Mental performance coaching helps athletes and performers intentionally develop these skills. Rather than waiting until something goes wrong, we work proactively to build mental skills that can be practiced, strengthened, and applied when it matters most.
Individual Mental Performance Coaching
Individual coaching is designed for athletes, performers, and high achievers who want to become more consistent, confident, and mentally prepared.
Depending on your goals, we may work on:
Confidence & Self Belief
Build confidence that is less dependent on results, mistakes, or outside validation.
Focus & Concentration
Learn how to manage distractions, stay present, and redirect your attention when your mind starts working against you.
Performance Anxiety & Pressure
Develop strategies for managing nerves, overthinking, perfectionism, and the physical effects of pressure.
Responding to Mistakes & Setbacks
Learn how to reset after an error, disappointment, poor performance, or unexpected challenge rather than allowing one moment to affect everything that follows.
Mental Preparation & Routines
Create personalized pre-performance routines and mental strategies that help you feel prepared and focused when it is time to perform.
Motivation & Goal Setting
Clarify what you are working toward, build effective goals, and develop strategies for staying engaged when motivation naturally fluctuates.
Emotional Regulation & Resilience
Develop the ability to manage emotions without allowing them to dictate your performance, especially during high pressure or challenging moments.
Injury, Setbacks & Transitions
Navigate the mental and emotional challenges that can accompany injury, changes in role, performance plateaus, or other unexpected transitions.
You don't have to wait until you're struggling.
The strongest athletes don't just train their bodies—they train the mental skills that help them perform when it matters most.
Team & Group Performance
Mental performance is not just an individual skill. The mindset and culture of a team can have a significant impact on confidence, communication, cohesion, and performance.
I offer customized mental performance sessions and programs for teams and organizations designed around their specific needs. Sessions can be integrated into practices, team meetings, or other existing programming.
Performance happens on many stages.
The same mental skills that help an athlete perform under pressure can help anyone who performs, leads, creates, or works in a high pressure environment.
I also work with performers, musicians, artists, speakers, entrepreneurs, and other high achievers who want to build confidence, manage pressure, improve focus, and perform more consistently.
